Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed to their commercial or professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (office@iceur-vienna.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Digital Content and Commencement of Performance

The courses and subscription services offered on iceur-school.at constitute digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Your right of withdrawal expires only if all of the following conditions are fulfilled:

  • you have expressly requested that ICEUR begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period; and
  • you have confirmed your knowledge that by giving such consent you lose your right of withdrawal; and
  • ICEUR has begun performance of the contract.

If these conditions are not all fulfilled, the right of withdrawal remains fully effective, irrespective of whether course content has been accessed, streamed, or downloaded.

Subscription Terms

  • Certain services offered by ICEUR are provided on a recurring subscription basis and may be billed monthly or annually.
  • By subscribing, you authorize ICEUR to charge the applicable subscription fee using the payment method you have provided.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting ICEUR at office@iceur-vienna.at.
  • Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not affect the current paid subscription period.
  • For annual subscriptions, access to the service will remain available until the end of the prepaid annual term.
  • Payments for the current billing period, whether monthly or annual, are non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
  • ICEUR reserves the right to change subscription fees. Any such changes will be communicated to subscribers in advance and will apply only to future billing periods.
