ICEUR Vienna — school@iceur-vienna.at. We act as the data controller for the personal data processed through this platform.

• Account: email, name, country, phone (only if you provide it).
• Subscription & billing: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We store only IDs and status.
• Usage: watch progress on videos to power "Continue watching" and progress stats.
• Optional analytics — only if you accept cookies.

Legal basis

Contract (providing the service you signed up for), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention), and consent (analytics and marketing cookies).

Your rights

• Access — request a copy of your data.
• Rectification — fix anything inaccurate from your account page.
• Erasure — request deletion of your account and personal data.
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
